We are a small family-run business in the South Cotswolds, (Stroud, Gloucestershire) established for over 30 years.

We specialise in providing handmade replica picture frames in all the historical styles, for old-master paintings and other artworks. Mirrors are also a speciality. Particular attention is paid to matching authentic antique finishes. Our frames are handcarved in hardwoods and water-gilded or oil-gilded as appropriate.

Copying Dutch 17th Century ripple-molded frames in polished hardwoods is also a speciality.

We restore and repair antique frames and mirrors and undertake wood-carving and gilding commissions and can alter existing frames.

With 30 years of experience we can offer expert advice on choosing appropriate frames to suit individual paintings.

Our clients include many top museums, art-dealers, collectors and auction- houses in the UK and overseas, as well as private customers. We offer a very personal and individual service at competitive rates.
